She has advised and assisted Chinese enterprises with restructurings and IPOs on domestic and overseas stock exchanges. Representing various types of clients, including domestic and foreign companies, she has dealt with all legal affairs in connection with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and business transactions in the industries of energy, technology, media, film and television production, medicine as well as manufacturing.
