Sheryl Sun

Sherly has worked for both Chinese and American Law Firms. She focuses on providing a wide range of business law, intellectual property and dispute resolution services for international clients in China.

Sherly advises on specific areas of law such as China’s anti-corruption and data protection laws, drafts technical contracts in English and Chinese languages, assists with completing due diligence for foreign companies acquiring or forming joint ventures with Chinese companies, and has assisted with a number of intellectual property theft, contract dispute and civil litigation cases in China.

Sheryl received her LLM in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and completed her law degree at North China University of Science and Technology.
