Serving clients throughout Quebec, Benoit uses his extensive knowledge and experience to provide professional and effective legal representation to business clients with legal needs related to corporate law, contract drafting, tax and litigation.

Mr. Bénéteau regularly provides business and corporate legal advice, company establishment and restructuring services, contract drafting and negotiation services and assists clients with a variety of commercial transactions.

Benoit also provides exceptional representation and support to a wide range of businesses and individuals associated with complex and pressing legal challenges arising out of civil disputes, regulatory issues and criminal proceedings. He has achieved notable success assisting clients both inside and outside the courtroom with their legal needs.

In addition, Mr. Bénéteau has a has a background in finance, and provides representation to people and businesses throughout Quebec in matters involving tax audits, criminal tax defense, international transactions and their tax effects and a range of other fiscal services.

Benoit obtained his Masters of Fiscalite designation at the University of Sherbrook and JD law degree at the University of Montreal.
